His knowledge is gained from years of directing, coaching, training, and racing success! You will be learning from his experiences, that of hundreds of racers that he has talked to after the 100+ events he has directed, and from the debriefs with one of the top teams in the country, Odyssey Adventure Racing/ImOnPoint.org.
